Melted Balm: What To Do (And Why It's Okay)

If your balm arrives melted or partially liquefied:


- Gently shake the contents with the top securely closed
- Place the jar in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes
- Store it at room temperature (not near heat or sunlight)

 

This doesn’t affect the balm’s integrity — it simply reflects the absence of chemical thickeners.

Firm Balm: How To Soften It Before Use

In cooler weather, your balm may feel very firm or even solid. That’s completely normal and easy to manage.

 

To soften:


- Use a clean finger to warm the surface with circular motion
- Let the balm melt slightly on your hands before applying to skin
- Store it somewhere slightly warmer (a drawer, nursery shelf, or near a diffuser)
