Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During high-volume periods (like holidays or product launches), processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience — every jar is worth the wait.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently offer shipping within the United States via UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Estimated delivery timelines:

Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note these are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to weather, holidays, or other carrier-related delays.

 

Free Shipping

We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders over $100 (after discounts and before taxes).

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you don’t see it in your inbox within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or email us at support@theahmibaby.com.

 

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Ahmi is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to update it before your order ships, but we can’t make guarantees once it’s in transit.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be found, please:

Check with neighbors or household members

Contact your local postal carrier

Confirm your shipping details were correct

Ahmi is not responsible for stolen packages, but we’ll do our best to assist in resolving issues. If your package is lost in transit or unreasonably delayed, please contact us and we’ll help file a claim with the carrier.
