Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe based on the terms below.

At Ahmi, we take pride in the care, craftsmanship, and intentionality behind every balm we ship. Because our products are made in small batches using 100% natural and organic ingredients, we are unable to accept returns for reasons related to personal preference or sensitivity — with the exception of our first-time customer guarantee outlined below.

 

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First-Time Customers Only)

We understand that trying something new can feel like a leap of faith. That’s why we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase only, to give you peace of mind when experiencing Ahmi for the first time.

 

To be eligible:

You must be a first-time customer.

Only one jar per household is eligible.

The balm must be gently used (no more than 25% used).

You must request a refund within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

Reason for the return

We will provide return instructions. Return shipping is not covered by Ahmi. Once the returned product is received and reviewed, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment, minus shipping costs.

Returns that do not meet the criteria above will not be eligible for a refund.

 

All Other Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene products, all other sales are final and non-returnable once shipped. This policy ensures the safety and integrity of our products for every customer.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may offer a replacement or refund if your claim is eligible.

To initiate a damaged/defective item request, email support@ahmibaby.com with:

Your order number

Clear photo(s) of the product and packaging

A brief description of the issue

We review all claims carefully. In some cases, we may request the item be returned for inspection (we’ll provide a prepaid return label if so).

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Ahmi is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order appears to be missing, we recommend:

Checking with neighbors or household members

Contacting your local post office or delivery provider

Confirming your shipping address was entered correctly

If your package was lost in transit (i.e., never marked as delivered), please reach out and we’ll help investigate or file a claim with the carrier.

 

Cancellations & Order Changes

Because we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need to modify an order, please email support@ahmibaby.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate if the order has not yet been fulfilled.
